Are services mandatory?

No. The product works on its own; services address the "we bought it but nobody uses it" problem. Most customers start with the onboarding package and add more as needed.

Is the training online or on site?

Primarily online, with live sessions and recorded replays. Teams in the same city can arrange an on-site workshop, subject to the service agreement.

How long does custom development take?

After requirements are confirmed it usually runs in two phases — interface integration, then feature development. Light integrations typically take 2–4 weeks; private deployment projects are scheduled after assessment.
